Operational Responsibilities:
The Developer role includes, but may not be limited to, the following responsibilities and deliverables:
- Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning).
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and hyperparameter tuning.
- Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for ML.
Essential Capabilities
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally with stakeholders
- Solid problem-solving skills
- English proficiency equivalent to International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Band 9 (formal certification not required)
